[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a conveyance vehicle driving check 7 that is stretched under the movement path of the conveyance vehicle and presses a driven member of the conveyance vehicle to propel the conveyance vehicle. Pushers are provided protruding not only from the center link but also from the side links to enable the process zone to be changed and the conveyance pitch to be freely selected.

The following explanation will be given based on an exemplary diagram showing one embodiment. The conveyor truck driving check 71 of the present invention has a center link 4 and a pair of upper and lower side links 2a, 2 so as to be horizontally rotatable.
b are alternately connected to each other by vertical pins (indicated by broken lines in FIG. 1), and each pair of side links 2a.

A pusher 6 is provided protrudingly on the upper surface 3 of the upper side link 2a of the upper side link 2b and the upper surface 5 of each center link 4, respectively.
The end surface of each pusher 6 on the side of the chain movement direction 7 is used as a pressing surface 9 of the driven member 8, and a fitting portion 11 of the driven member 8 is provided between this pressing surface 9 and the rear end surface 10 of the front pusher 6. It is formed by forming.

The upper surface of the pusher 6 may have any shape as long as it can guide the driven member 8 to the fitting portion 11 by movement of the check 71 even if the driven member 8 is lowered thereon.

Therefore, a flat surface parallel to the length direction of the chain would be fine, but in order to reduce the weight of the pusher 6 as much as possible,
As shown in the figure, the head 6a is formed into a box-shaped shape and has a vertically rising head 6a and a tail 6b extending diagonally rearward.

FIG. 2 shows an example of the use of the chevron 71, in which a side link 2b is placed on a wear-resistant plate 16 laid within the cheno guide rail 15, which is buried under the floor surface 14 and has a groove-shaped cross section. The chain 1 is loosely fitted so that the lower surface 17 of the center link 4 is in sliding contact with the lower surface 13 of the center link 4, and a lifting rod 19 is provided at the front of the transport vehicle 18 so as to be able to rise and fall and rotate freely.

The conveyance vehicle drive cheno of the present invention can be implemented and used as described above, and is superior to the conventional chez 7 of this type, that is, the chez 7 in which a pusher is attached only to the center link 4. Since the pitch of the pusher is halved, there is an advantage that the process zone and the conveyance pitch can be freely changed in units of a distance that is half the conventional minimum adjustment range.

For example, as a conventional drive check 7 of the same type,
As shown in Japanese Patent No. 15181, a drive check 7 is known in which a roller serving as a pusher is pivotally attached to a connecting pin between links, and the front and rear adjacent rollers are used as a driven member fitting part. Such a structure is a driving chain 7 in which the connecting pin between the links is horizontal, and therefore can be rotated vertically, and the center link is also a driving chain consisting of a pair of left and right links like the side links. If it is not 7, it cannot be implemented.

Generally, the traveling route of the transport vehicle is laid out on the floor, so horizontally turning parts are essential. Therefore, when using the conventional drive check 7 as described above, the straight route part excluding the horizontal turning part is required. horizontal turns must be provided with separate means of propulsion.

Moreover, since the driven member fitting part is between a pair of narrowly spaced left and right links corresponding to the center link, the driven member on the transport vehicle side must be a small-diameter vertical pin. It is unsuitable as a driving means.

In order to avoid such inconvenience, it is necessary to widen the distance between the pair of left and right links corresponding to the center link, and the entire driving chino must be increased in size.

Furthermore, in the conventional drive chain 7 as described above, the length of the driven member fitting part is determined by the connecting pin pitch of the chain 7, and the length of the driven member fitting part in the front and rear direction is sufficiently shorter than the connecting pin pitch of the chain 7. It is not possible to form a section.

Therefore, the driven member fitted into the fitting portion moves forward significantly in the downward slope path portion, etc., and the shock given to the loaded and transported object becomes large.

However, the driving chain 7 of the present invention is a conveyor truck driving chain in which a center link and a pair of upper and lower side links are alternately connected by vertical pins (shown by broken lines in FIG. 1) so that they can rotate horizontally. A pusher is provided protrudingly on the upper surface of the upper side link of each pair of side links and the upper surface of each center link, and the end surface of each pusher on the side in the direction of movement of the chain serves as a driven member pressing surface. In addition, since a driven member fitting part is formed between this pressing surface and the rear end face of the front pusher, the driving chain of the present invention can be used to drive any transport vehicle including a horizontal turn part. Not only can the drive path be laid out, but it can also be carried out using a drive chain with a high tensile strength that literally uses a single rod-shaped link as the center link.

Furthermore, regardless of the connecting pin pitch between the links of the chain 7, the longitudinal length of the driven member fitting portion can be sufficiently narrowed, and the range of movement of the transport vehicle in the longitudinal direction relative to the drive chain 7 can be sufficiently moderated to ensure stable propulsion. I can do it.

One of the effects of the present invention is that the driven member pressing surface of the pusher and the upper surface of the pusher that guides the driven member to the driven member fitting portion can be configured in a functionally most suitable shape.

更に本考案最大の特徴は次の点にある。Furthermore, the most important feature of this invention is the following.

That is, when a pusher is provided protrudingly on each of the side links and the center link as described above, a vertical protrusion with a driven member pressing surface, a driven member fitting part is formed in front of this vertical protrusion, and a pusher is provided diagonally rearward and upwardly. It is also conceivable to protrude a pusher that is integrally connected with a substantially triangular protrusion having a sloped upper surface, but in this case, the lower end of the triangular protrusion is located at the front end of the pusher, Since the vertical protrusion is located at the rear end, it is not possible to shorten the bottom length of the pusher by cutting out the lower end of either the front or rear ends of the pusher.

Therefore, except for the vertical pin position between the links, attaching a pusher with a long bottom surface length to the top surface of each link as described above requires the length necessary to obtain the desired length, and by shortening the link length, the horizontal rotation radius can be It cannot be made smaller.

However, according to the configuration of the present invention, a pusher with an oval-shaped side surface consisting of a vertically rising head and a tail extending diagonally backward and upward is used, so the bottom length of this pusher is equal to the total length of the pusher. Moreover, this pusher is provided on the upper surface of each link so that the free end of the tail is located above the vertical pin between the links, so it is very short compared to the short links, especially The pusher can be mounted without any problem even on the upper surface of the center link, where the side links overlap at both front and rear ends and the length of the upper surface on which the pusher can be mounted is extremely short.

In other words, with the configuration of the present invention, pushers can be provided protruding from all the links even for a chino with short links.
