Or, if the telephone and facsimile lines are shared and the telephone reception status has been interrupted, the above-mentioned retransmission will be repeated 10 times, unnecessarily increasing telephone charges, or making a mistake in the middle of the night. This may lead to phone calls and may lead to social problems.

いる。(Object and Structure of the Invention) An object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems. By determining the number of retransmissions, the number of unnecessary retransmissions can be minimized. Therefore, the facsimile apparatus of the present invention includes a number storage unit that stores the destination number, a transmission start time storage unit that stores the time to start transmission, an image memory that stores the read image signal, and the transmission start time. a broadcast control section that reads out the transmission time stored in the storage section and compares it with a clock to detect that a predetermined time has arrived; a line connection unit that reads out a predetermined destination number from and automatically establishes a line connection; a called party response detection unit that detects whether or not a line connection has been made by the line connection unit; a transmission control unit that transmits an image signal stored in the image memory via the line when the response detection unit detects that the line has been connected; and a transmission control unit that connects the line by the called party response detection unit. communication management control that issues a command to the line connection unit to repeat the line connection n times when it is detected that the line connection is not completed or when the transmission of all predetermined image signals is not completed while the line is connected by the line connection unit; In a facsimile machine equipped with
The wrong call analysis unit determines whether a procedure signal is not detected for a predetermined period of time, and if the wrong call analysis unit does not detect a FAX procedure signal even after a predetermined period of time, it issues a command to the line connection unit to disconnect the line. The present invention is characterized in that the number of times the connection is repeated and the number of times the connection is repeated is smaller than the number of times repeated by the communication management and control section.

This is for storing the telephone number of the other party entered manually in the illustrated destination number field, or the image signal obtained by scanning the document using the reading and transmitting section 3 in the illustrated image memory, etc. be. In addition, the several types of attempts in the communication management storage unit 1 are used to record the number of repeated retransmissions to the destination number of the destination mentioned above. This is to set a flag (shown in FIG. 4) indicating the respective status when the process ends normally, or when it is determined that someone is present at the other end.

The automatic dialing unit 7-1 in the mobile terminal 7 is controlled to automatically sequentially send out the destination numbers to the lines. When there is a called party response, the illustrated called party response detection unit 7-2 detects the called party response signal and sends a message to that effect to the communication management control unit 5-2 in the main control unit 5. to notify. This means that a line connection has been established.

is a FAX procedure signal, for example 3QObp, via NCU7.
When the signal s is received, it is determined that the facsimile device has been successfully connected to the other party's facsimile device, and the transmission control section 8 reads out the image signal stored in the image memory in the communication management storage section 1. 7 to the line. As a result, image letters are sequentially transmitted to the facsimile machines of the destination numbers. When the transmission of all image signals is completed, a flag indicating normal completion is set and stored in the flag column in the communication management storage unit 1. Then, do the same for the next destination number.

It is determined that the call has been received, and a flag is set in the flag column in the communication management storage unit 1 to indicate that the call is a wrong call or the like. If you resend the same destination number again and it is determined that it is a wrong call, etc.,
Instead of retransmitting, a flag to that effect is set in the flag column in the communication management storage section 1 and recorded.

特徴とするファクシミリ装置。(1) A number storage section that stores the destination number, a transmission start time storage section that stores the time to start transmission, an image memory that stores the read image signal, and a transmission start time storage section that stores the number of the transmission destination. a broadcast control unit that reads out the transmission time at which the transmission time is and compares it with a clock to detect that a predetermined time has arrived, and reads out the number of a predetermined destination from the number storage unit based on the signal detected by the broadcast control unit. a line connection unit that automatically connects the line using the line connection unit; and a person-covered person response detection unit that detects whether or not the line connection has been made by the line connection unit;
a transmission control unit that transmits an image signal stored in the image memory via the line when the called party response detection unit detects that a line connection has been made; and the called party response detection unit When it is detected that the line is not connected, and when the transmission of all predetermined image signals is not completed while the line is connected by the line connecting unit, a command is issued to the line connecting unit to connect the line n times. A facsimile apparatus comprising a repeating communication management control section, further comprising a wrong call analysis section that determines that a FAX procedure signal is not detected for a predetermined period of time from the time when the line is connected by the line connection section, through the line. If the wrong call analysis unit does not detect the FAX procedure signal even after a predetermined period of time has elapsed, the communication management control unit issues a command to the line connection unit to reconnect the line, and the number of times the line connection is reconnected is determined by the communication management control unit. A facsimile device characterized in that it is repeated less than n times.
