Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、カートリッジに充填された接着剤等用剤液を
、攪拌混合しつつ吐出する攪拌混合注液具に関するもの
である。
本出願人は、既に、複数の接着剤等用剤液を同時に吐出
するカートリッジタイプの注液具を提唱している(例え
ば、特願昭57−50791)。この注液具自体は、カ
ートリッジに充填された剤液を複数同時に吐出させる機
能を有するに止まり、吐出された剤液を攪拌混合する機
能は備えていない。
そこで、本発明は、上記のような注液具の混合部に攪拌
機能を持たせることにより、カートリッジより押し出さ
れる複数の剤液を、確実に効率よく攪拌混合して吐出し
うるカートリッジ式の攪拌混合注液具を提供することを
目的とするものである。
本発明の第1は、並設したシリンダーより複数の剤液を
混合吐出可能にしたカートリッジ式注液具において、シ
リンダー先端を結合する結合部材内に、モーターによっ
て回転駆動される撹拌棒を配備したことを特徴とする攪
拌混合注液具であり、その第2は、並設したシリンダー
より複数の剤液を混合吐出可能にしたカートリッジ式注
液具において、シリンダー先端を結合する結合部材内に
、往復動する撹拌棒を配備したことを特徴とする攪拌混
合注液具であって、図面はそれらの実施例を示すもので
ある。
先ず、第1図乃至第3図によって第1の発明の構成につ
き説明するに、図中1.1は二連式のシリンダーで(そ
れ以上連結させる場合もある)、先端部を結合部材2を
介して連通させる。3はモーターで、その軸に撹拌棒4
を固定する。撹拌棒4は、結合部材2の結合部2a内に
水密状態にて導入する。撹拌棒4の形状は特に問わない
が、例えば、第3図(A>乃至(D)に示すような形状
が考えられる。(A)に示すものは、回転軸5にラジア
ル方向に延びる棒状突起6を適宜間隔置きに配したもの
で、(B)に示すものは、(A’)における棒状突起6
の代わりに板状突起を設けたものである。また、(C)
に示すものは、回転軸5を波状に湾曲させたものであり
、(D>に示すものは、回転軸5をクランク状に折曲し
たものである。モーター3は、図示したように並置した
シリンダー1.1の上側に定着してもよいし、あるいは
、シリンダー1.1を離隔してその間に配置することと
してもよい。8は電池である。なお、モーター3を始動
させるためのスイッチは、シリンダー1.1の頚部9に
設置してもよいし、ピストン10の親指当接部10aに
設置してもよい。ピストン10の末端は、親指当接部1
0aにおいて連結して一体化する。
続いて第4図及び第5図によって第2の発明につき説明
するに、これは第1の発明におけると同様の撹拌棒を回
転させる代わりに往復動させるもので、往復動させるた
めの手段は任意である。第4図に示すものはカムを用い
たもので、カム11をモーター3の回転軸に固定する。
そして、それに、シリンダー1.1にスプリング12を
介して支持した撹拌棒4を接圧させる。カム11として
は、端面カムあるいは円筒カムが好ましい。また、第5
図に示すものは、撹拌棒4に固定した磁石12(鉄片で
もよい)を一対の磁石13.13で挟み、磁石12.1
3のいずれかの正負を連続的に切り換えることにより、
撹拌棒4を振動させるものである。その他の機構は、第
1の発明と略同じである。
本発明の作用につき説明するに、使用に当っては先ず、
混合すべき剤液のカートリッジをシリンダー1、■内に
装填する。その装填方法にも種々のタイプがあり、一般
に行われているように、シリンダー1.1の後端開口部
から装入するという方式の外、本山別人の前述の出願に
おけるように、開閉可能にしたシリンダーに上から装入
するといった方式であってもよいこと勿論である。カー
トリッジ装填後ピストン10を、押圧すると、カートリ
ッジ内の剤液が結合部材2の結合部2a内に押し出され
る。そこで、結合部材2の先端開口部を塗布部分に当て
がいつつスイッチを入れると、第1の発明においては撹
拌棒4がモーター3によって回転させられ、結合部2a
内の複数の剤液を十分に攪拌混合するので、そのままピ
ストン10を押圧し続けると、攪拌混合された接着剤等
が結合部材2の先端開口部より注出される。第2の発明
においても撹拌棒4が往復動(振動)することにより、
結合部2a内の剤液が十分に攪拌混合されて注出される
。注出に当っては、一度に全部出し切る場合もあるし、
必要量のみ注出することもある。必要量を正確に注出す
るためには、ピストン10に目盛を付しておくとよい。
なお、2剤以上混合する場合も、上記したところに準す
る。
本発明は上述した通りであって、次のような優れた特徴
を有している。
(1)複数の剤液を確実こ攪拌混合でき、攪拌時に気泡
を生ずることがない。
(2)攪拌混合と同時に注出塗布することができるので
、作業の能率を大幅に向上させることができ、また、手
を汚すこともない。
(3)混合する剤液を混合比に対応させるために一々計
量するという煩わしさがない。
(4)カートリッジ内の剤液を何度かに分けて注出する
ことが可能で、無駄がない。
(5)結合部材の注出部に種々のアクソチメントを装着
することにより、広範囲の作業に利用できる。

    結合する結合部材内に、モーターによって回転駆動され
