第１図は一般的なレゼクトスコープの全体図、第２図は
本考案に係る剥離器の一例を示す斜視図、第３図は同正
面図、第４図は本考案の他の型を示す斜視図、第５図は
同正面図、第６図は同じく他の型の斜視図、第７図は同
正面図、第８図は同断面図、第９図は同じく他の型の側
面図である。 符号説明、１・・・外管、４・・・接眼部、６・・・光
学視管、７・・・摺動体、１０・・・バネ、１２・・・
剥離子、１３・・・凝固導子。

Claims (6)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）尿道内へ挿入される外管を有するレゼクトスコー
    プで直視しながら前立腺内線と外線との間に挿入し該内
    線を外線から剥離するための器具であって、先端を舌状
    に形成した剥離子を備えてなることを特徴とする経尿道
    的前立腺剥離器。
  2. （２）前記レゼクトスコープの外管内には手元部の操作
    により進退自在の先端に電極を備える管状の凝固逆子が
    外管先端部より突出可能に挿通されてなる実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項記載の剥離器。
  3. （３）前記剥−子は、前記外管先端部下半内壁面を摺動
    可能な全体略樋状に形成され、その先端部は先細り舌状
    に成形され、該剥離子基部は棒状部材を介してレゼクト
    スコープ手元部に備える摺動体に着脱自在に取付けられ
    、該摺動体の前進により外管先端より前方へ突出可能に
    構成してなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の剥離
    器。
  4. （４）　　前記剥離子は全体略樋状に形成され、その底
    部は厚肉にかつその先端部は薄肉となっているが比較的
    鈍的に形成され、上記底部肉厚内には前後方向に貫通孔
    ないし溝が設けられて前記凝固導子が進退自在に挿通さ
    れ、該剥離子及び凝固導子はそれぞれ手元部の操作によ
    り独自に前記外管内先端より突出可能に構成してなる実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記載の剥離器。
  5. （５）前記剥離子は上下方向に旋回可能に構成してなる
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の剥離器。
  6. （６）　　前記剥離子は前記外管先端部の左右面内側下
    方より前方へノミ状に２体突出固定してなる実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記載の剥離器。
