Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　相互に独立して相互に平行に配置されている複数の
    フック爪を有しスキーブーツの表面に固定されているプ
    レートと、平面が環形状であってスキーブーツの表面に
    沿って湾曲しており一端部をプレートの複数のフック爪
    のいずれかに着脱自在に係合させているとともに他端部
    をスキーブーツの表面に固定されている引っ張りユニッ
    トの端部に固定させているリングと、を備え、引っ張り
    ユニットが、スキーブーツの表面に固定され二次レバー
    が枢支されている基部と、二次レバーの支点から離間し
    た位置で二次レバーに一端を枢支させているとともに他
    端にリングの他端部が固定されている締結ロッドと、を
    備えているものにおいて、　　゛ 締結ロッドが、 長手方向中芯線に対して交差する方向に張り出した複数
    のノツチが長手方向中心線に沿って配置されている棒形
    状のノツチ部材と、ノツチ部材のノツチ形成部を受は入
    れる孔を有した板形状の本体と、 本体に形成された孔に連通した開口を有する台座と、 開口を介し孔の長手方向中心線に対して横切る方向にお
    いて孔中のノツチ部材の複数のノツチのいずれかと係合
    して孔中からのノツチ部材の離脱を防止する保合位置と
    孔中のノツチ部材の複数のノツチのいずれかとの保合を
    解除して孔の長手方向中心線に沿った方向におけるノツ
    チ部材の移動を許容する非保合位置との間で移動自在に
    台座に設けられた保合部材と、本体に設けられ保合部材
    を保合位置に付勢する付勢手段と、 を備えている、 ことを特徴とするスキーブーツ締め付は装置。 ２　係合部材が台座に枢支され本体の外部から操作され
    て係合位置から非係合位置へと付勢手段の付勢力に抗し
    て回転するフックを有しており、付勢手段がばねを有し
    て（１′ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項記載のスキーブーツ締め付は装置。 ３　ノツチ部材は横断面が円形状をしており、複数のノ
    ツチが複数の円形状の歯を構成していることを特徴とす
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の締め付は装置。 ４　ノツチ部材の複数のノツチの夫々は縦断面が　　−
    頂点をノツチ部材の自由端に向けたテーパ形状をしてい
    ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第３項記載
    のスキーブーツ締め付は装置。 ５　ノツチ部材は横断面が四角形状をしていることを特
    徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のスキーブ
    ーツ締め付は装置。 ６　係合部材がノツチ部材の横断面の寸法よりも大きな
    寸法の貫通孔を有し本体の外部から操作されて本体の台
    座の開口中を保合位置から非係合位置へと付勢手段の付
    勢力に抗して摺動する孔付部材を有しており、非保合位
    置において貫通孔の長手方向中心線と孔の長手方向中心
    線とが略一致されて貫通孔が本体の孔に対して一直線状
    に配置され、保合位置において貫通孔の長手方向中心線
    と孔の長手方向中心線とが一致せず貫通孔の内周面の一
    部が孔の内周面の一部よりも内方に配置されて孔中のノ
    ツチ部材の複数のノツチのいずれかと係合することを特
    徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のスキーブ
    ーツ締め付は装置。 ７　孔付部材は貫通孔が形成され本体の台座の開口中で
    摺動する横断面が四角形状の四角形状部を有しており、
    貫通孔の内周面の上記一部に本体の孔中のノツチ部材の
    複数のノツチのいずれかと係合する突起が設けられてい
    ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第６項記載
    のスキーブーツ締め付は装置。
