まって製造コストも安くなる。As described above, the present invention involves pasting a flexible sheet on the surface of the plywood, further providing notch grooves in parallel on the ground surface of the plywood, and bending the plywood using the flexible sheet as a guide. Manufacturing is extremely easy as the cutout grooves are closed or expanded to form convex portions and concave portions to form a decorative board material, a substrate is affixed to the decorative board material, and the frame member is connected thereto. Therefore, when a high-quality natural wood veneer is attached as a surface material to the surface of a flexible sheet, manufacturing costs can be reduced by using a thinner veneer.

It is superior because plywood, etc. with less twisting or warping can be used, and since a flexible sheet such as non-woven fabric is bonded in between, the flexible sheet acts as a cushioning material, and the surface material is less prone to wrinkles or cracks. I can provide something.
