Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain appearance having much variety by coating a lysine paint over the entire surface of a base plate having a rugged surface and coating other finish paint only on the projecting part of the ruggedness thereby providing depth to the ruggedness. CONSTITUTION:Ruggedness 1 is preliminarily formed by pressing on a base plate 2 consisting of a cement base material such as asbestos cement in the stage of a green sheet. A lysine paint 3 is coated on such a plate 2 by a coater 5 such as a spray, roll coater or the like over the entire surface of the ruggedness 1. The peak surface in the projecting part 1a of the ruggedness 1 after the painting is pressed by rolls and a finish paint 4 for clear or other color is coated thereon. As a result contrast is produced by the paint 4 and the ruggedness 1 having depth is obtd.

The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to provide a coating on an uneven substrate that can be coated to give depth to the unevenness and exhibit a varied appearance. [Disclosure of the Invention] The method for coating an uneven substrate according to the present invention is to apply a lysine paint (3) to the entire surface of a substrate (2) having an uneven surface (1), and then apply the uneven coating to the substrate (1). It is characterized by pressing down the convex part (1a) and applying another top coat (4) only to the convex part. This is what I did.

The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to Examples. (2) is a substrate made of a cement base material such as asbestos cement, and as shown in FIG. 1 (3), irregularities (1) are formed by pressing at the green sheet stage. The unevenness fi+ is, for example, in a starry texture. This substrate (2) is coated either undried or after drying.

As shown in Fig. 1(b), on the board (21)
Apply the 11thin paint (31) over the entire surface of the uneven fl+ using a coating device (5) such as a Lu coater, Zurashi coater, or F0-1-Yu. Such lysine paint can be used to coat aggregates such as sand or fibers. After coating the lysine paint (2), the top surface of the convex part (1a) of the uneven fil is rolled (6).
At the same time, apply another top coat (4). In other words, apply a clear top coat (4) only to the convex part (1), make it glossy with this clear top coat (4), and then apply the clear top coat (4) to the concave part (lb) between the grainy and dull part. to create contrast, or apply lysine paint 1 only to the convex part fi+.
Apply a top coat (4) of a different color from 3) to create a contrast. However, the top coat (4) creates a contrast and the unevenness 111 has depth, resulting in a rich change in appearance.

As described above, in the present invention, the lysine paint is applied to the entire surface of the substrate having irregularities, so the appearance is more varied than when the lysine paint is simply applied to the flat surface of the substrate. Of course, since the convex parts of the irregularities are held down and a separate top coat is applied only to the convex parts, the top coat creates a contrast between the grain of the lysine paint on the concave parts and gives depth to the irregularities. It is more varied in appearance.
