[Detailed Description of the Invention] Conventionally, cementitious inorganic materials such as asbestos slate board, pulp cement board, glass fiber cement board (GRC), and wood wool cement board have a high degree of fire retardancy, but on the other hand, they exhibit high alkalinity. Therefore, it has been difficult to use this as a base material and provide a decorative layer, especially a coating ink layer, on the surface thereof.

This is because the paint film has the drawback of discoloration or deterioration due to the alkalinity of the base material. The object of the present invention is to provide a fireproof decorative board that can prevent the above-mentioned drawbacks and can also provide an extremely three-dimensional pattern on its surface. Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained based on one embodiment shown in the drawings. First, an adhesive is applied to a cementitious inorganic base material.

In the figure, 1 indicates the base material, and 2 indicates the adhesive layer. As the cementitious inorganic base material, the various plate materials described above can be used.
The adhesive used is ethylene, vinyl acetate resin emulsion adhesive, or the like, which exhibits high alkali resistance. Next, a vinyl chloride sheet with a thickness of 100 microns or less is glued on top of this, and 309/? Paste pieces of thin paper 71 or smaller together with adhesive. In the figure, 3 is a vinyl chloride sheet and 4 is thin paper. The vinyl chloride sheet and thin paper can be made by gluing the vinyl chloride sheet to a base material and then gluing the thin paper on top of it, but it is also possible to bond the vinyl chloride sheet and thin paper together beforehand to the base material. However, it is good because it can be bonded efficiently without causing wrinkles. Adhesion can be carried out using a laminator in either method. In this invention, it is extremely important to have a structure in which the vinyl chloride sheet and the thin paper are successively bonded together in this way. The reason for this configuration is as follows. That is, since the base material used in this invention is a cementitious inorganic base material with a high degree of fire resistance, it exhibits strong alkalinity, which makes it difficult to later apply a normal coating layer or ink layer on it. However, vinyl chloride sheets do not deteriorate and block strong alkalinity. Conventionally, attempts have been made to apply an alkali-resistant sealer as an alternative to this, but this has not been sufficient. In addition, we adopted a structure in which a thin paper is further pasted on top of this, because a coating layer,
This is because even if an ink layer is provided, adhesion is poor and a decorative board with good performance cannot be manufactured. 1 Also, here, the vinyl chloride sheet has a thickness of 100 microns or less, and the thin paper has a thickness of 30 microns or less.
The reason why a material with a value of 9/d or less was used is to prevent fire resistance from being impaired by these materials.

It is also advantageous from an economic point of view. As a vinyl chloride sheet, 100 microns or less, especially 50 microns to 8 microns.
A thin paper of 0 micron is preferred, and a thin paper of 179/I to 30 g/d is preferred.

Note that the thin paper described above may be printed in color or may have various patterns printed on it, and together with the thick pattern printed in this process, it brings about a great decorative effect. If the thin paper is colorless and unpatterned, prior to printing this textile pattern, it may be coated with a base coat or, if necessary, may be patterned by gravure printing. To print a thick textile pattern, use the following method. That is, it is performed using a textile screen printing machine. The depth of the screen version is 100-300μ, Stareen's eye is 30-1
00 mesh is better. The ink used is a composition comprising a colored pigment, an extender pigment, and a resin emulsion, such as a vinyl acetate resin or an acrylic resin emulsion. In addition, appropriate amounts of water, thickener, and antifoaming agent are included. The printing ink used in this invention has properties closer to paint than ink, and its viscosity is preferably adjusted to 150 to 250 poise. Forming a thick pattern depends on the depth of the screen plate, but it also depends on the nonvolatile components of the ink, and it is best to use an ink with as high a nonvolatile component as possible, for example, 60 to 80%. In the figure, 5

In the figure, 6 is this transparent coating film. As a top coat,
Amino alkyd resin paint, urethane resin paint, polyacrylic urethane resin paint, and other commonly known paints can be used. As described above, this invention involves adhering a vinyl chloride sheet of 100 microns or less onto a cementitious inorganic base material, and further adhering a 30 f1/
Since the following thin papers are pasted together and the printed pattern is printed on top of this, there is no risk of the printed pattern being deteriorated by the alkalinity of cement, and since the printing ink adheres well, it has excellent durability. We can manufacture decorative boards.

Furthermore, there is an advantage that fire retardant properties are not impaired, and a decorative board with excellent three-dimensional decorative properties that is fire retardant can be manufactured due to the thick printing pattern. Example: A pulp cement board with a thickness of 6 nm is coated with an ethylene/vinyl acetate resin adhesive, and then a doubling sheet made by laminating a semi-rigid vinyl chloride sheet with a thickness of 70 microns and a thin paper with a thickness of 23 f1/a is placed on top of the thin paper. The paper is pasted with a laminator with the side facing up, and the sides of the base material are also coated at the same time. Next, a colored polyacrylic urethane resin paint is applied as a base coating on this thin paper using a roll coater, and after drying. Using a textile screen printing machine (screen plate depth 150μ, mesh size 60 mesh), print an abstract pattern using colored acrylic resin emulsion ink (paint) (viscosity 200 poise, non-volatile content 80%). Then, use a flow coater to coat the entire surface with transparent polyacrylic urethane resin paint (80 f1).
/wl conditions to obtain the intended decorative board.
