Claims (1)
アを直接子で触れない様に該キャリア全体を収納する事
のできるキャリアケースで、上部が開放しており、半導
体ウェハース用キャリアを受は入れられる様な箱型であ
り、該キャリア全体が収納された後でも半導体ウェハー
ス用キャリア前後に突起している支持部あるいはキャリ
アハンドル等によって取り扱うことの可能な前後の穴が
設けられており、かつ前面及び背面から見るとＵ字型を
しており、かつ収納されたキャリアを固定できる様に、
半導体ウェハース用キャリアに突起している支持部より
上の高さにストッパーが付いていることを特徴とするキ
