Abstract

PURPOSE:To ensure the proper quantity of hot water at all times by a constitution wherein the shortage of heating normally performed by means of a heater for midnight power application is supplemented by a lower heater for day-time power application and the shortage of quantity of hot water requested unexpectedly is supplemented by an upper heater for day-time power application. CONSTITUTION:A heater 4 for midnight power application and a heater 5 for day-time power application are internally installed at the lower part of a hot water storage tank 1, to the lower part of which a feed water pipe 2 is connected and to the upper part of which a hot water delivery pipe 3 is connected, and a heater 5' for day-time power application is internally installed at the upper part of the tank 1. The heater 4 for midnight power application is connected through a thermostat 6 acting as a temperature regulating means utilizing midnight power to the power source, the lower heater 5 for day-time power application is connected through a thermostat 7, the set temperature of which is set lower than that of the thermostat 6, to the power source, and the upper heater 5' for day-time power application is connected through a thermostat 7' acting as a temperature regulating means utilizing day-time power to the power source. Accordingly, because the required quantity of hot water can be ensured at all times by supplementing the shortage of heating normally performed by means of the heater for midnight power application occurring during winter season or the like by the lower heater for day-time power application and by supplementing the shortage of quantity of hot water requested unexpectedly by the upper heater for day-time application, the titled electric water heater can cope with various loads, though its size is small.

In such a configuration, the living room power heater 5 is energized whenever the living room power thermostat 7 is turned on, so it may be energized after midnight, for example, after 11 p.m. Power peaks occur. For this reason, in apartment buildings and the like, it is necessary to increase the size of power receiving equipment to accommodate the peak power supply. Still, electricity in the living room, which was more expensive than late-night electricity, was always on, which was economically disadvantageous.

In addition, the installation position of the thermostat 7 of the heater 5 for electricity in the lower living room is too low if it is lower than the same height as the installation position of the thermostat 1~ for late-night electricity, and even if the amount of hot water used is small, Due to heat dissipation from the bottom of the tank, the thermostat in the living room is not turned on immediately, and it is uneconomical as the thermostat for the living room is turned on immediately, and the heat of the expanding water rises and the hot water temperature exceeds the set value.

Since the upper living room thermostat 7' is installed at the top of the hot water tank, the living room thermostat 7' will not turn on unless a large amount of the limited hot water in the hot water storage tank is used, and the maximum load of the daily hot water consumption pattern will occur. There is a problem that the amount of hot water is insufficient when taking a bath, and the heater in the living room cannot keep up with the hot water.

Additionally, in the past, the off-temperature of a living room thermostat was higher than the off-temperature of a late-night electricity thermostat. Therefore, if you use cheap late-night power to boil the water and the late-night power thermostat is turned off, the living room power thermostat will not be turned off, so the boil will be completed at 7 a.m. when the late-night power is turned off. The thermostat in the living room is on even though I'm doing it! Since the living room heater is powered on until the IIM thermostat is turned off,
There was a problem that the relatively expensive electricity consumption in the living room increased unnecessarily, which was uneconomical.

Structure of the Invention In order to achieve this object, the present invention installs a late-night power heater at the bottom of the hot water storage tank, and a living room power heater at the bottom and top of the hot water tank, thereby resolving the lack of heating caused by ordinary late-night power heaters. This is a power heater for the living room, and the upper living room power heater compensates for any sudden shortage of hot water, ensuring an appropriate amount of hot water at all times.

The upper living room power switch is turned off when power is being applied to the lower living room power heater, and the lower living room power switch is turned off when power is being applied in the middle of the night, to prevent power peaks from occurring. . In addition, the temperature control means for the lower living room electric power heater always sets its temperature lower than the setting of the temperature control means for late-night electric power, and detects the hot water tank groove 1 degree above the temperature control means for late-night electric power. It is configured to control the heater using the heater, and effectively energizes the living room heater.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4. In Figure 2, there is a water supply pipe at the bottom and a hot water outlet pipe at the top.
A late-night Mino J heater 4 and a living room power heater 5 are installed in the lower part of the hot water storage tank 1 connected to the hot water tank 1, and a living room power heater 5' is installed in the upper part. The late-night power heater 4 is connected to a power source via a thermostat 6 as a temperature control means for late-night power and a time switch 8 for limiting energization time provided near the heater. As shown in FIG. 4, the upper living room power heater 6' is connected to the power source via a thermostat 7 as a living room power temperature adjustment means and a switch 1o whose set temperature is set lower than that of the thermostat 6, as shown in FIG. Thermostat T' installed nearby as a temperature control means for electricity in the living room
and is connected to a power supply via a switch 10'.

In the above configuration, the lower living room power heater compensates for the lack of heating caused by the normal late-night power heater during winter, and the upper living room power heater compensates for any sudden shortage of hot water, so that the required amount of hot water is always met. The thermostat 7 at the bottom for powering the living room, which can handle various loads with a small electric water heater, is also located at the top, as is the thermostat 6, so it does not operate until an appropriate amount of hot water is supplied. Living room electric heater 5
The system does not operate frequently every time hot water is supplied.

Next, another embodiment of the present invention will be described using FIG. In FIG. 4, the difference from the above embodiment is that the switch 10 of the lower living room power heater 5 is forcibly turned off when the upper living room power heater 6' is energized. In addition, the switch 10' of the upper living room power heater 6' is configured to be forcibly turned off during the late-night power supply time. According to this configuration, all heaters can be energized. As a result, the power receiving equipment becomes smaller.
