【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、顕微鏡の落射明暗視野照明装置に関する。[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to an epi-illuminated bright-field illumination device for a microscope.
従来、顕微鏡の落射暗視野照明装置として、暗視野照明
用のリング状反射鏡と明視野照明用の半透鏡とを各女暗
視野照明レンズ、明視野照明レンズと一体的に構成して
光路中に切換挿入することによシ、暗視野照明及び明視
野照明を簡単に切換可能にした所謂落射明暗視野照明装
置が知られている。しかしながら、この種従来の装置に
おいては、暗視野照明から明視野照明に切換える場合(
または明視野照明から暗視野照明に切換える場合)に暗
視野照明用のリング状反射鏡が対物レンズ光軸より僅か
に移動したとき、リング状反射鏡からの照明光が暗視野
照明とならず即ちその一部が遮光筒により遮断されず直
接試料面に達しそこで反射された光が視野内に進入する
ため、非常にまぶしかった。これは光路切換時の一時的
現象ではあるけれども、観察中の光路切換では検鏡者の

Although this is a temporary phenomenon when switching the optical path, switching the optical path during observation has the disadvantage of damaging the speculum's eyes.
従って本発明は、光路切換操作に連動して作動するシャ
ッタを設けて前記欠点を除去し、検鏡者の眼を保護し得
る落射明暗視野照明装置を提供せんとするものであるが
、以下本発明の一実施例につき第1図及び第2図により
説明すれば、第1図は本発明による装置の一実施例の光
路切換部の縦断面図であり第2図は第1図の■−■線断
面図である。1は下部に鏡基取付部が形成されていて且
つ上部に鏡筒取付枠2が一体に固着されている本体枠、
3は暗視野照明光が対物レンズに直接に入射しないよう
にするために本体枠1に固着された遮光筒、4は暗視野
照明レンズ5.暗視野照明用のリング状反射鏡6及び明
視野照明レンズ7、明視野照明用の半透鏡8が装着され
ていて且つ鏡筒取付枠2に形成されたアリ溝に第1図に
おいて紙面に垂直な方向に摺動し得るように係合するア
リ9が取付けられた光路切換枠であって、光路切換ツマ
ミ10の操作により暗視野照明光学系(第3図参照)及
び明視野照明光学系(第5図参照)を選択的に構成する
ようになっている。11はリング状反射鏡6に固定され
た遮光筒、12は本体枠1に固着された照明レンズ枠で
、図示しない照明レンズを支持している。13は本体枠
1に軸14(第36図乃至第5図参照)の周りに回動可
能に枢着された光路切換時の有害な光を遮断するだめの
シャッタでその第3図における左旋がストッパー15に
より制限されている。16は光路切換枠4が暗視野照明
光学系を構成する位置にあるとき(第3図参照)シャッ
タ13の突出部13aに当接してシャッタ13を光路外
へはねのけるための光路切換枠4に固着されたはねのけ
軸、17は光路切換枠4が明視野照明光学系を構成する
位置にあるとき(第5図参照)シャッタ13の突出部1

固着されたはねのけ軸16に当接して本体枠1に固定さ
れた軸14の周りに右旋せしめられ光路外へはねのけら
れている。ここで、光路切換ツマミ10を僅かに引出す
と(第4図参照)、シャッタ13ははねのけ軸16の右
方移動に伴い自重により軸14の周りに左旋してストッ
パー15に当接し照明光路を部分的に遮蔽する。かくし
て、試料面で直接反射され視野内に進入する有害な光が
シャッタ13により遮断される。さらに光路切換ツマミ
1oを引出して明視野照明に切換えると(第5図参照)
、シャッタ13はその突出部13bが光路切換枠4に固
着されたはねのけ爪17に当接して本体枠1に固定され
た軸14の周りに右旋せしめられ光路外へはねのけられ
る。従って暗視野照明及び明視野照明に切換えられたと
きはシャッタ13は光路外へはねのけられ光路に何の影
響を及はさないが、光路切換中はシャッタ13は照明光
路の一部を遮蔽し有害な光の視野内への進入を阻止する

射暗視野照明を行なう顕微鏡の落射明暗視野照明装置に
おいて、装置本体枠に移動可能に取付けられた光路切換
枠と、前記装置本体枠に固定された軸の周りに回動可能
に取付けられ且つ照明光路の一部を遮蔽し得るように構
成されたシャッタと、前記光路切換枠に固着されていて
且つ該光路切換枠が暗視野照明用置に移動せしめられた
とき前記シャッタを照明光路外へ排除するはねのけ部材
と、前記光路切換枠に固着されていて往つ該光路切換枠
が明視野照明位置に移動せしめられたとき前記シャッタ
を照明光路外へ排除する別の杜ねのけ部材とを備えてい
