Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable to perform a excavation of even a narrow ditch without the disturbance of an operator's visual observation, by a method wherein an earth and sand excavating and loading bucket is mounted to a mast, which can vertically move forward and backward in an advancing direction of a vehicle, so that it can move vertically and horizontally. CONSTITUTION:An upper part 1a of a mast is vertically extensively attached to a lower part 1b of the mast which are horizontally movably mounted to the front of a self running vehicle. A lateral plate 4, which supports a hydraulic cylinder 3 for moving a support rod 5 in a horizontal direction perpendicular to the upper part 1a, is securely located. A roller 8, sliding over the mast 1, is situated to the mast 1 side at the lower end of the support rod 5, and an earth and sand excavating and loading bucket 6 is attached to the advancing side of the vehicle. This permits to perform an excavation and a dumping without the disturbance of an operator's visual observation and as he visually verifies an embedded object, and permits the reduction in a width of an excavated ditch, which results in suiting it to the excavation of a small-sized line.

・In other words, it was customary to shove a packet with claws into the earth and sand from above and rotate the packet to scoop up and remove the soil, so when excavating on a road with a lot of buried objects, it was difficult to remove the buried objects. Since it could not be confirmed and there was a risk of damaging buried objects, it could not be used at all, or even if it could be used, the efficiency of excavation was extremely low. In that case, it is necessary for workers to enter the excavation trench and manually excavate and remove soil, and in order to secure space for the workers, a wide excavation trench is required, which reduces excavation efficiency and is uneconomical. There was a drawback.

In order to eliminate these conventional drawbacks, the present invention makes it easy to confirm buried objects, and even if there are buried objects, it can be easily avoided and excavated and removed with high efficiency. This allows excavation operations to be carried out from the road without creating a large trench within the trench, and also enables highly efficient and economical excavation work.

The packet bottom plate 7 and rotating device 8 are moved laterally. Thereafter, when the packet bottom plate 7 is rotated by the rotating device 8, the lower part of the packet 6 is opened and the earth and sand are discharged out of the groove. In this way, the device excavates by repeating the above operations while moving forward one after another. Note that the device for moving the packet 6 in the lateral direction includes a mechanism for moving the support rod 5 along the horizontal plate 4 through the jaws and keys 21 as shown in FIG. 3 (N), and (B). Rotate the Zori 22 as shown in the figure,

As shown in the figure, there is a mechanism that rotates the gear 24 and moves the support rod 5 by the chain 25.As shown in the figure, there is a mechanism that moves the support rod 5 by rotating the threaded rod 26. Its use is free. Alternatively, the packet 6 may be rotated and discharged with the bottom plate 7 fixed.

In this way, the upper view of the excavation site is open, so if there is a buried object, it is easy to confirm it, and
Since the packet 6 is moved horizontally, it is easy to load earth and sand above or below the buried object, and therefore the earth can be removed without damaging the buried object. In addition, if there is space for vertical movement, excavation and removal can be performed even in narrow spaces, making it possible to excavate with high efficiency even in places with a lot of buried objects. Furthermore, since all of these operations can be performed from the road, there is no need for a worker to dig a large trench into the excavation trench, making it possible to excavate narrow trenches.

As explained in detail above, according to the present invention, buried objects can be easily identified, excavation and earth removal can be carried out while avoiding buried objects, and the width of the excavation trench can also be narrowed, so it can be used on roads with many buried objects. It is suitable for excavation, and has the effect of enabling highly efficient excavation, especially in excavation work where the width of excavation can be narrowed if humans do not have to make a large trench in the trench, such as laying a small number of small diameter pipelines.
