In general, this type of freezer/refrigerator warehouse h1t has a panel-shaped heat insulating member made of foamed material lined up on the inner surface of the warehouse, which prevents heat from entering from the outside, and also uses a cooler to keep the inside of the warehouse warm. The structure is designed to cool the air while circulating it, but in the past, as shown in Fig. Since the heat insulating members B were both flat plate-shaped, and the structure was such that they were directly joined at the ceiling corner part C, a corner part where the ceiling surface and the side surface intersect at right angles was created in the corner part, and as a result, the cooler As shown by the arrow, the cold air sent out from the warehouse could not smoothly pass through the corner part C, causing air stagnation in that part. Moisture generated or intruded from the outside is trapped, and this causes frost to form inside the cooler.During defrosting, a large amount of water vapor is generated, most of which is generated when the cooler is operated. While some of the water is collected back into the cooler by the air circulation, some of it remains in a part of the ceiling corner marked I- where the air flow does not reach, becomes water droplets and adheres to the heat insulating member, or The water vapor gets trapped in the joints between each component, freezes, and expands, causing the component to peel off.In this way, the water vapor that accumulates in a part of the corner deteriorates the heat insulation properties and durability of the heat insulation component. In addition to causing an early decline in -F
When the cooling action of the recorder is stopped, this moisture drips and causes problems such as damaging the packaging container of the stored product or degrading the quality of the product.

The present invention addresses such problems in conventional frozen and refrigerated warehouses by bending the upper heat insulating member stretched over the ceiling inside the warehouse and the side heat insulating members stretched over the sides into an arc shape. By connecting through the corner heat insulating member, the inner surface of the heat insulating layer at a part of the ceiling corner is smoothly continuous from the ceiling surface to the side surface, so that the circulating flow by the cooler is connected to the corner. This prevents the above-mentioned problems caused by water vapor retention by allowing smooth flow through the water vapor.

This will be explained below using an example. In Fig. 2, 1
2 is the outer wall of the freezing or refrigerating warehouse, and 2 is a heat insulating layer provided on the inner surface of the warehouse. In this embodiment, the heat insulating layer consists of three layers of panel-shaped heat insulating members 3 made of foam material. A moisture-proof sheet 4 is placed on the outside of the soil, and an interior panel 1-board 5 is placed on the inside. The upper heat insulating member 3a stretched in the direction and the side heat insulating member 3b stretched in the vertical direction forming the side surface are both flat plate-like, but between the ends 3a' and 3b' of both members 3a and 3b. In the illustrated embodiment, the wedge-shaped space created between the inner surface of the outer wall 1 and the back surface of the corner heat insulating member 3C is filled with the reinforcing heat insulating member 3d, and the upper heat insulating member 3a is connected to the ceiling wall (see FIG. It is installed on a square pipe 8 supported horizontally by bolts 7 (not shown) via the partition plate 5, and the parts of the bolts that protrude above the heat insulation layer are free from frost. In order to prevent this, it is covered with a heat insulating member 3e. Furthermore, by shifting the positions of the joints of each heat-insulating member forming the heat-insulating layer 2, that is, the positions of the ends of each member and the opposing ends of each layer, water vapor is prevented from passing through the joints, resulting in a moisture-proofing effect. At the same time, efforts are being made to improve the bonding state of each member. In addition, when the ceiling wall is in close contact with the surface of the heat insulating layer 2, it is desirable to separately fill the triangular space formed by the ceiling wall, the outer wall, and a part of the corner of the heat insulating layer with a heat insulating member.

It flows smoothly without turbulence or stagnation along the smoothly continuous inner surface of the heat insulating layer 2 formed by the corner heat insulating member 3C and the side heat insulating member 3b, and therefore the heat insulating part of the corner is improved. The surface of the member is always exposed to the flow of air sent out from the cooler, and this prevents the water vapor generated during defrosting of the cooler from accumulating in a part of the corner, and the circulating flow of air is prevented. It will be collected and removed by the cooler.

Note that as the corner heat insulating member 3c, a heat insulating member previously formed in an arc shape may be used, but if a flexible heat insulating member that can be freely bent is used, the member can be moved to the required position during installation. Just by cutting it to size, it can be installed extremely easily and with any desired curvature.

As described in 1 above, in the present invention, at least the ceiling and the first side of the refrigerator are covered with a heat insulating member. fr In the frozen and frozen Shun warehouse, the flat upper heat insulating member stretched on the ceiling surface and the side heat insulating member similarly flat in the side surface are bent into an arc shape to provide corner heat insulation. Since the structure is made to smoothly connect the parts, the circulation flow of air generated in the refrigerator by the cooler passes through a part of the ceiling corner without causing turbulence or stagnation. This prevents water vapor from accumulating in the warehouse, and eliminates problems such as deterioration of the heat insulation properties and durability of heat insulating materials due to the accumulation of water vapor, or adverse effects on stored products, thereby extending the service life of this type of warehouse. This has the effect of extending the storage time and improving the storage performance of the product.
Further, if a flexible heat insulating member is used as the corner heat insulating member, there is an advantage that it can be easily implemented.
