There is no contamination with the contents, and even if the contents adhere to the welding surface, welding with high adhesive strength can be achieved over time. Also, the outer surface of the welded part is finished beautifully without scratches, and the welding time is short. It is short and highly productive, and produces almost no noise during welding.

There are disadvantages such as deterioration of quality, and in the latter case, flaws occur on the outer surface of the welded part, reducing the commercial value.
In addition, there are disadvantages such as unpleasant grinding noises produced during welding, deteriorating the working environment, and the welding process taking a long time and resulting in low productivity. However, as a result of various experimental studies, the present inventors have found that these disadvantages have been eliminated. Therefore, the present invention was obtained without the above.

The ultrasonic oscillator 3, which is obliquely crossed by 0 degrees, is rotatably fixed to the support rod 4 via the support arm 5t. The ultrasonic oscillator 3 includes an oscillator 6, an amplifier 7, a vibrator 8, and a vibrator holding plate 9, and a lower end receiving plate 10 is formed at the lower end of the vibrator 8. A press plate 14 is fixed to the tip of the piston rod 13 of the hydraulic cylinder 12 fixed on the support stand 11, and a rectangular through hole 16 is formed in the support stand 11 into which the flat bottom part 15 of the synthetic resin tubular container 2 is inserted. An umbrella-shaped guide 17 is formed at the lower peripheral edge of the through hole 16, and a container lift 18 is formed that slides the synthetic resin tubular valley device 2 up and down. Additionally, a support portion 21 is formed at the upper end of the piston rod for holding the shoulder portion 2a of the synthetic resin tubular container 2. In the figure, 1Oa is a contact surface that comes into contact with the side surface of the flat bottom portion 15 of the lower end receiving plate 10.

ものである。The present invention configured as described above operates the hydraulic cylinder 12 to move the piston rod 13 and the pressing plate 14 backward, and also operates the hydraulic cylinder 19 of the container lifting device 18 to pull down the piston rod 21 and the support part 21. , the shoulder portion 2a of the synthetic resin tubular container 2 filled with contents is inserted and supported in the support portion 21, and the hydraulic cylinder 9 is activated to raise the piston rod, thereby raising the synthetic resin tubular container 2. Then,
The cylindrical bottom of the synthetic resin tubular container 2 is guided by an umbrella-shaped guide 17 and gradually becomes a flat bottom 15 that protrudes from the through hole 16, and when the protruding length reaches a predetermined value, the hydraulic cylinder 1
At the same time, the hydraulic cylinder I2 is activated to move the piston rod 13 forward, and the suppression plate 14 formed at the tip of the piston rod 13 is pressed against the flat bottom 15 of the synthetic resin tubular container 2. The contact surface 1 (laK) of the lower end receiving plate 100 of the transducer 8 of the ultrasonic oscillator 3 is
It will be in a pressed state. Next, when the oscillator 6 of the ultrasonic oscillator j1.3 is energized, ultrasonic vibration is applied to the flat bottom 15 by the contact surface [Oa of the lower end of the vibrator 8] in a direction oblique to the flat bottom 15, and the flat The inner surface of the bottom portion 15 is welded.

良好なものである。In the present invention, an ultrasonic oscillator 3 is formed obliquely with respect to the length direction of a synthetic resin tubular container 2 with an opening l facing downward, and a suppressing plate 14 is formed on a support base 11 so as to be able to move forward and backward. , lower end receiving plate 10 and suppression plate 14 of the vibrator 8 of the ultrasonic oscillator 3
The flat bottom part 15 of the synthetic resin tubular container 2 is placed between
This is a device that completely forms a container elevating device 18 for inserting and removing containers, and applies ultrasonic vibration to the flat bottom portion 15 of the synthetic resin container 2 in a direction oblique to the flat bottom portion 15 to bathe the inner surface of the flat bottom portion 15. Therefore, there is no scattering of synthetic resin powder or granules caused by ultrasonic imaging during bathing, there is no contamination with the contents, and there is no sound deterioration in quality. Even if the contents are attached, welding can be performed with high adhesive strength, and the outer surface of the welded part is beautiful without any scratches, and the welding time is short and productivity is high.
Furthermore, there is almost no friction noise during welding, resulting in a good working environment.
