As shown in FIG. 5A, the raising / lowering / shifting device 5 lowers the nozzle 4 to the target surface S. Stop at a predetermined height (Fig. 5B). Here, pressure is applied by the pressure device 3 to pour the gel 2 from the nozzle 4 communicating with the liquid storage portion 1 onto the target surface or the surface S of the work (FIG. 5C). When a predetermined amount is poured, the elevating / transferring device 5 is driven to slightly raise the nozzle 4 together with the liquid container 1 (FIG. 6A). At this time, the gel 2 pulls the thread 2'from the tip of the nozzle 4 like natto. The nozzle 4 is moved to the right by the elevating / transferring device 5 so as to pour it to the next target surface S ′.
The thread 2'is dragged along with this movement (Fig. 6).
B). The thread 2 ′ of the gel 2 is attached between the previous target surface S and the next target surface (FIG. 6C). In this case, the gel 2 cannot be attached only to a desired position, which deteriorates the performance of the device or machine having this target surface. In order to deal with this, it may be possible to stop the nozzle 4 above the target surface for a certain period of time even after the pressurization of the gel 2 is finished, but this lowers the productivity.

The ultrasonic vibration generated by this is amplified by the horn 13 and applied to the nozzle 4. The main body of the ultrasonic vibration device 10 is
It is fixed to a fixing bracket 14 and moves up and down and left and right together with the liquid storage unit (syringe) 1 by the lifting and shifting device 5. Flange 16 has O-rings (rubber) on both sides
It is fixed to the fixing bracket 14 by a mounting member 15 with 17 interposed. In the flange portion 16, the amplitude of ultrasonic vibration becomes almost zero, but the nozzle 4 of the horn 13
It is configured to have the maximum amplitude at the position where is fixed. In the present embodiment, the frequency of ultrasonic vibration is about 5
Although it is 0 kHz, it is not limited to this, of course.

When the gel is lowered to a predetermined position, the pressure device 3 pressurizes the gel in the liquid storage portion 1 to eject the gel 2 from the nozzle opening as shown in FIG. 2B. When a predetermined amount of gel is poured out (Fig. 2C), the nozzle 4 is then started to be raised by the elevating / transferring device 5 (Fig. 3).
A). Conventionally, the thread 2 ′ of the gel 2 was pulled at the start of this rising, but according to the present invention, as shown in FIG. 3B, ultrasonic vibration is applied to the nozzle 4 by driving the ultrasonic generator 10 at the start of this rising. Is added (FIG. 3B), and the gel 2 ′ attached to this nozzle is, so to speak, shaken off. Therefore, gel does not remain on the nozzle opening
When the nozzle 4 is moved to the right as shown in FIG. 3C by the drive of the transfer device 5, unlike the conventional case, the nozzle 4 moves to the next target surface S ′ without pulling any thread, and descends to a predetermined position here. After that, the gel 2 is poured out from the nozzle 4 onto the target surface S ′ by driving the pressure device 3. Thereafter, the same work is performed, and desired spots of the gel 2 can be formed on the surface of the work W at equal intervals.

However, the above-mentioned liquid is applied in a linear shape instead of such a dot shape. The present invention can be applied to such cases. In this case, when the liquid line is drawn at a predetermined interval, the desired line drawing can be performed without attaching the thread between them.
