Abstract

PURPOSE:To utilize the car fuel efficiently so as to save the energy by re-utilizing effectively the heat energy being discharged wastefully by means of a simple heat accumulator installed in a car. CONSTITUTION:In an appropriate space of a car, a relatively small heat accumulator 1 is disposed which utilizes the salts such as Glauber's salt (salt cake sodium disulfate) having a large heat accumulating capacity and is capable of heat-accumulating at a high temperature not less than 100 deg.C. The waste heat of an engine 2 is accumulated by arranging a circulation passage 3 of a cooling medium solution of said engine 2 to pass through the inside of a heat-accumulator 1 to carry out heat-exchange. On the other hand, in said heat accumulator 1, a loading pipe 6 is accommodated which connects a water supply inlet 4 being capable of being connected from the outside, to a take out outlet 5. During parking or stopping a car, a water service is connected to said water supply inlet 4 from the outside and a hot water supply pipe is connected to said take out outlet 5, and then water is fed to said pipe 6, thereby taking out hot water or steam and utilizing the hot water supply to a bathtub 7.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method of utilizing waste heat from an automobile engine, which stores waste heat absorbed in a heat medium solution for cooling the automobile engine and uses it when parking the vehicle. The energy possessed by the engine burns and explodes and is converted into pressure and heat energy due to the explosion, but only the pressure of the explosion is used as effective rotational force, and the heat has a negative effect on the engine, so it is not used for cooling. A medium solution is circulated and heat is radiated by a C1 radiator.

1. A method for utilizing waste heat from an automobile engine, characterized in that hot water or steam is extracted and used by passing water through a load pipe. 8.Details of the invention Description: The present invention relates to a method of utilizing waste heat from an automobile engine, which stores waste heat absorbed in a heat medium solution for cooling the automobile engine and uses it when the automobile engine is parked or stopped. The energy contained in automobile fuel is The engine burns and explodes, converting it into pressure and heat energy, but only the pressure of the explosion is used as effective rotational force, and the heat has a negative effect on the engine, so the cooling heat medium solution is circulated. The heat is then radiated by the radiator. Conventionally, this thermal energy is only slightly used for the ridges inside the car, and the current situation is that the excess energy is actually used for heat radiation. The present invention By making effective use of the large amount of thermal energy that is wasted in this way, the system attempts to utilize valuable fuel and achieve an energy-saving effect. The following is an explanation based on an example diagram. A relatively small heat storage tank (1 ), an engine (2
) The waste heat of the engine (2) is stored by exchanging heat through the cooling heat medium solution circulation path (3) through the heat storage tank (1). Load piping (6) connecting the connectable water inlet (4) and the outlet (5)

) and a hot water pipe to the outlet (), and by passing water through the load pipe (6), hot water or steam can be extracted and used for various purposes such as supplying hot water to the bathtub (7). This is what I did. If a salt with a large heat storage capacity, such as the above-mentioned Clarapel salt, is used in the heat storage tank (1), the heat storage tank (1) will be small and lightweight, so even if it is constantly loaded in a car, it will not impose a large weight burden. be. In carrying out the present invention, the existing cooling system for automobile engines is used as is, and when the heat storage tank (1) stores heat to its full capacity and becomes unable to absorb heat, the cooling heat medium solution is The temperature sensor (8) detects the rise in the temperature of the

) is switched to the radiator circuit a* side, and at the same time, the electromagnetic clutch (b) is turned on to rotate the fan (to). (G) is a service tank, which is connected to the radiator circuit QQ and replenishes the cooling heat medium solution when it is consumed. Figure 2) shows a cap with a safety valve for the heat storage tank (1), the target shows a cap with a safety valve for the service tank (b), and the range surrounded by the imaginary line in (g) shows a car. Note that the temperature sensor (8), radiator circuit a1, radiator αυ, circulation pump (2), fan α4, and service tank (2) are those normally attached to the automobile engine and are used as they are. In this way, the waste heat of the engine is stored in the heat storage tank (1) while the engine is moving, and when the IKBg is stored, the °C1 water supply is connected to the water supply port (4 ), the supplied water can be turned into hot water or steam and taken out from the outlet (5).
It can be used in various ways, such as a bathtub (7). The car engine may be stopped when hot water or steam is taken out, and the engine is at its highest temperature immediately after parking or stopping, so if you want to use that heat, it will idle at low speed and use the cooling heat medium. If the engine is cooled while circulating the solution and the heat is extracted using a heat exchanger,
During low idling, the engine does not heat up much, but gradually cools down and converts that heat into hot water. Furthermore, if a car is equipped with the device of the present invention, it is also possible to drive the car engine to obtain hot water when there is no other water heater, such as outdoors. In order to conveniently connect the water inlet (4) and outlet (5), connect the pipes in the garage so that they can be easily supplied and taken out, and connect them using a hose or a serpentine pipe with a one-touch fitting. This makes connection and disconnection hassle-free and very convenient. In addition, by adjusting the amount of water flow, you can freely obtain steam or hot water from high to low temperatures. As described above, the present invention effectively reuses the thermal energy that was conventionally radiated by using excess power as a nuisance by equipping the automobile with a simple heat storage tank.
It can be said to be an excellent invention suitable for the resource-saving era, as it efficiently utilizes automobile fuel and exhibits energy-saving effects.
