Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution of a power supply circuit, by applying a certain level of voltage obtained based on the battery voltage which is made constant by a main power supply circuit and a Zener in the active and inactive states of control respectively to a data storage memory. CONSTITUTION:A control circuit mounted on a car includes a main power supply circuit MPW which regulates the battery voltage at a constant level and applies it to a microprocessor CPU, etc. plus a power supply circuit SPW which regulates the battery voltage at a constant level and applies it to a data holding memory M3. The circuit SPW applies the voltage obtained by regulating the output voltage VCC of the circuit MPW and the battery voltage at a cnstant level respectively by a Zener diode D1 to an input terminal of an operational amplifier OPA via diodes D3 and D2, and feeds the output voltage to the other input of the amplifier OPA. At the same time, the working voltage is supplied to the amplifier OPA from the battery. In such way, a certain level of voltage set based on the voltage VCC which is made constant by the circuit MPW and the voltage which is made constant by the diode D1 in the active inactive states respectively is supplied to the memory 3.
