Abstract

PURPOSE:To decrease the variance in an output voltae due to the tolerance of manufacture, by increasing the characteristics against power supply, through the inphase feedback to a differential amplifying circuit being the 1st amplifying circuit. CONSTITUTION:A bias current source 3' in a differential amplifying state consisting of MOSFETs 1, 2, and loads 4, 5 is fed back from a detection circuit 11 which detects the operating state of the differential amplifying state to become a bias current source formed with the inphase feedback circuit. The variance at the operating point due to the manufacturing tolerance, temperature and power supply variance at the differential amplifying stage is fed back to the bias current source 3' of the differential amplifying stage through the inphase feedback circuit, and when a gain K of the inphase feedback circuit is used to control the current value, this can be reduced to 1/K.
