Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain both the functions of fine adjustment and rough adjustment by the control voltage obtained by the variable resistor which is provided between the supply voltage applied terminal and the ground point, and also to vary the output characteristic of the gain control circuit in case of fine adjustment and rough adjustment. CONSTITUTION:The level detector 14, executes the detecting operation in accordance with the level of voltage generated at the voltage generation point 13, and the switch circuit part 15 operates in accordance with this result. The switch circuit part 5 has two current circuits, executes the switch operation by which when one of them is closed, the other is opened, and connects the emitter current source to one of the differential amplifier 171 or 172. The gain control voltage is output to the terminals 19, 20 in accordance with the differential input by the voltage obtained at the voltage generation point 13 by the variable register 12 provided between the supply voltage applied terminal 1 and the ground point, as for the input voltage of the differential amplifiers 171 and 172, and by the voltage supplied respectively from the current bias supply circuit part 16, as for the other input voltage.
