Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize improvement of the equipment cost and the equipment space by subjecting plural lines of belt-like base plates coincidentally to cathodic electrolysis carried out in an electrolyzer containing a common electrolyte. CONSTITUTION:A belt-like porous metal base-plate 3 is continuously introduced into an electrolyzer 2 so as to make it undergo cathodic electrolysis, thereby a solution of an active-material making salt being deposited on the base plate 3. Here, plural lines of belt-like base plates 3 are introduced into a common electrolyte 1 contained in the electrolyzer 2, and are coincidentally subjected to cathodic electrolysis. The former cathodic electrolysis is carried out by moving each belt-like base plate (belt-like sintered base plate) 3 between electrolytic counter electrodes 4 which have positive electric potential and face to one another, and is performed with current fed from an electrolysis power source 5. The base plates 3 are charged with Nissen-hut-like current collecting bodies 6a so that they have negative electric potential.
