Abstract

PURPOSE: To contrive to promote the atomization and to improve the thermal efficiency by a method wherein a primary fuel supply system and a secondary fuel supply system are provided, both of which respectively have venturies communicating to a combustion chamber through each of individual intake passages.
CONSTITUTION: A carburetor 7 consists of a carburetor main body 8, a float chamber 9 and a float 10 and has the primary fuel supply system and the secondary fuel supply system. The primary fuel supply system consists of the venturi 11, a main nozzle 12, a main jet 13, a fuel well which communicates the main jet 13 with the main nozzle 12, a main air jet 15, an air jet 16 and air passages 17 and 18 and communicates with an intake port 3. The secondary fuel supply system consists of the venturi 27, a main nozzle 28, a main jet 29, a fuel well 30, a main air jet 31 and an air passage 32 and communicates with an intake port 4.
