Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable the shortening of a time period wherein measurement is made impossible due to the attachment of supercooled dew by converting the supercooled dew attaching to the detecting surface of a sensor forcedly to frost. CONSTITUTION:A set-value changing part 9 with a polarity increasing the set values of the amount of dew and frost is connected between a temperature detecting part 7 and an adder 5. This set-value changing part 9 is composed of two comparators Ca and Cb, a flip-flop FF and a converter CNV, and to one input terminal (-) of the comparator Ca the output of the temperature detecting part 7 is added, while to the other input terminal (+) thereof a lowest-limit value setting signal TL is added. Meanwhile, to one input terminal (+) of the comparator Cb the output of the temperature detecting part 7 is added, while to the other input terminal (-) thereof a supremum value setting signal TH is added. The flip-flop FF is set by the output of the comparator Ca and reset by the output of the comparator Cb. The converter CNV converts the output signal of FF into a signal from matched with the form of a signal setting the amount of dew and frost, adding the same to the adder 5 as a setting signal having a prescribed magnitude.
