Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide a high strength galvanized steel plate with superior deep drawability consisting of a prescribed wt. percentage each of C, Si, Mn and P, Nb in a prescribed atomic concn. ratio, and the balance Fe. CONSTITUTION:The titled galvanized steel plate consists of, by wt., <=0.02% C, 0.05-0.5% Si, 0.6-2% Mn, <=0.1% P, Nb in 0.8-2 atomic concn. ratio of Nb/(C+N), and the balance essentially Fe. By adding Nb especially among said components, defective galvanizing is hardly caused. Ti may be added in place of part of Nb. At this time, it is required to adjust the wt. ratio of Nb/(Nb+Ti) to >=0.2 and >=0.5 when the P content is 0.04-0.1% and <0.04%, respectively.
