Address information which corresponds to the data of SETO of the BS is stored in the SET2 of the BS, and that to the data of the SET1 of the BS is stored in the SET3 of the BS. Consequently, the capacity of the BS is reduced to half a normal one, but it is reconstituted as a buffer memory for the present.
