Abstract

PURPOSE: To facilitate intake and outflow of a pump and to secure sufficient pump capacity, by installing the plural number of inlets and outlets in longitudinal (rotating axial) direction of the pump, with regard to the subject pump to be installed on a tank lorry etc.
CONSTITUTION: A sufficient flow channel is provided in longitudinal direction of a vane 7 by means of set of an inlet 2 and an outlet 3 installed in direction of a rotating axle 5 of a rotor 4. Upon revolving the rotor 4 toward an arrow mark by driving the motor, the vane 7 is thrusted outwardly with a centrifugal force produced by its own rotation, rubbing its edge against an internal face of a liner 8. Thus the liquid is sucked into an injection chamber 12 through a pair of inlets 2, compressed and introduced into an ejection chamber 13 and finally ejected from the outlets 3. According to this constitution, a pump case 1 can provide sufficient pump capacity as well as further extending in longitudinal direction.
