Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide echo for rich feeling of sound field localization by correcting the level frequency characteristic of two channel output localized based on the acoustic psychology and feeding back the output to opposite two channel input signal for addition via a delay circuit. CONSTITUTION:The 1st and 2nd channel signals are added to adders 30 and 31 via common circuits 10 and 11 for both ears, and the 1st and 2nd channel signal via circuit 12 and 13 for the difference of both ears are respectively added to the adders 30 and 31. Each output has an electric characteristic set from a specific direction and adds to adders 29 and 28 via inverse characteristic circuits 14 and 16 and delay circuits 15 and 17 respectively and is added to the 1st and 2nd channel signals. Each output of the adders 30 and 31 drives speakers at left and right to constitute the 1st direction setting circuit. On the other hand, each output of the adders 30 and 31 is applied to common circuits 20 and 18 for both the ears via delay circuits 27 and 26, each output is added to each circuit of 18 and 20 through both ear difference circuits 21 and 19 to constitute the 2nd direction setting circuit the same as the 1st direction setting circuit.
