Thus, the rapid absorption of the current is made possible, and an insulation resistance between terminals is made substantially infinite after a failure current disapperas through the selection of a limit voltage of the nonlinear resistor to 1.5 to several times the DC power supply voltage to keep the circuit opened. Thus, the size can be made small.
