Abstract

PURPOSE:To relay trolleys, by using a carrier which vertically circulates between trolley guide rails provided at different levels. CONSTITUTION:A carrier 4, which circulates up and down on guide rails 1, has a pair of upper and lower trolley support rails 7, 8 which extend horizontally. When the carrier 4 is in its ascent passage, a moving body 32 made of trolleys 34 is put on the carrier. When the carrier 4 is in its descent passage, the moving body 32 is handed onto a trolley guide rail 18. The circulating carrier 4 is tactically operated by cylinder units 23, 30 to transfer the trolleys 34 to a requiring place among conveyors provided at different levels.
