Abstract
PURPOSE:To measure physical quantity with high accuracy by simple circuit constitution, by selecting one of 2 sensor elements by an output of a hysteresis circuit, and executing a negative feed-back to an operational amplifier by the selected capacity. CONSTITUTION:This converter is provided with a capacitive sensor 1 consisting of 2 capacity elements 1a, 1b whose both or one capacity is varied in accordance with a variation of physical quantity, and 1s, and an output A of an operational amplifier 2 is negative-fed back to the non-inverted input side through the capacity of the element 1a and 1s, and the output A is negative-fed back to the inverted input side through the element 1b and 1s. Selective switching of this negative feedback is executed in accordance with an output signal of a hysteresis circuit 3 for inputting the output A. In this state, voltage in case when output voltage of the circuit 3 has risen is applied to an inverted input of the amplifier 2.
