Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve a detecting sensitivity, by a method wherein a vibrating plate, which is displaced due to a change in pressure produced at opposite side of a K arm an's vortex street generating substance, consisting of a magnetic substance, and one end is magnetically adsorbed and supported. CONSTITUTION:An approximately triangular room 10 is formed at a center of a housing comprising a non-magnetic substance, pressure introducing holes 8a and 8b are formed in wall surfaces 11a and 11b, and are connected to parts in the proximity of the opposite sides of the K arm an's vortex street generating substance through holes 9a and 9b. A vibrating plate 12, made of a magnetic substance such as iron, nickel, is inserted into the room 10 so that it is positioned in a play at the periphery, one end 13 is adsorbed and held by a permanent magnetic 15 through a bearing 14, and the vibrating plate 12 is rockably positioned with the one end 13 acting as a fulcrum. The end of the room 10 positioned facing and opposite to the bearing 14 keeps airtightness through the air of a shield 22, and a hole is formed in a plate 23 to feed the light through optical fibers 17 and 18 to measure the vibration of the vibrating of the vibrating plate 12.
