Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent previously the blockade of an apex valve, by setting a mesh filter device having a mesh smaller than the diameter of the apex valve at the entrance of the circulation system of a secondary cyclone.
CONSTITUTION: The waste water containing admixtures in a secondary waste water supply tank is sent with pressure to an inner cylinder 43 of a mesh filter device 33 by a sand pump and via a solenoid valve 47a and filtered through a mesh 43 which eliminates the admixtures. The filtered waste water passes through a gap between the inner and outer cylinders 43 and 41 to be supplied to a secondary cyclone via a solenoid valve 47b. When the mesh 43a of the cylinder 43 is stuffed up by the admixtures owing to the continuous driving, the internal pressure of the inner diameter of the cylinder 43 is increased. Thus a pressure detector 49 works to stop the operation of the pump P2, and accordingly the valves 47a and 47b are closed. Then the solenoid valves 47c and 47d are opened, and a pump P4 provided to a water supply pipe 51 which connects a control tank 29 and the device 33 is driven. Thus the cleansing water in the tank 29 is sprayed to the center of the cylinder 43 through the pipe 51 and a spray nozzle 53 and via the gap between the cylinders 41 and 43. Thus the admixtures of the mesh 43a are removed and collected at the lower part of the device 33.
