CONSTITUTION:This indicator is composed of a car speed sensor 10 to detect the speed of a car on the basis of the number of revolutions of a propeller shaft and an acceleration sensor 14 to detect the acceleration of the car, while a correlation map with the alarm grade corresponding to the acceleration, the opening of a throttle valve, and the consumption of fuel is prepared. An instantaneous consumption of fuel is estimated on the basis of the correlation with the alarm grade, outputted by a microcomputer 16 in a state suitable for indication, and indicated by an indicator 18.
