Abstract
PURPOSE:To execute production activity going along a plan, by recording a working schedule of each process in a recording medium, inputting a schedule of a work which is being performed at present, based on the recorded working schedule, and displaying an inputted schedule of each process. CONSTITUTION:A throw-in area 1 is provided on the left end of a conveyor 10, a bucket 15 is conveyed on a conveyor 10, and a completion area 6 is provided on the end of the conveyor 10. Plural processes 41-45 are provided on both sides of the conveyor 10, and at each process, work is performed by each different machine. On the processes 41-45 are provided the respective input devices 11, and a worker of each process inputs a working schedule which has been color-displayed by the device 11 in accordance with a moving slip. Each device 11 is connected to an indicator 12, and in the indicator 12 are arrayed in a matrix a lamp 13 which has been classified in color, and a lamp 14 corresponding to each process. A computer 16 which has been connected to the device 12 controls turning on and off of the lamp 14 of the device 12 in accordance with information from the device 11, therefore, a proceeding state of work is grasped easily at a glance by a state of the device 12.
