CONSTITUTION:If a transmission line 1 is vacant, a control station 2 transmits an instruction RQP to the transmission line 1 at each TX(n+1) time. If slave stations 32 and 34 make usage request of transmission line, the slave station 32 transmits an instruction RQT2 at time t2. Then, all the slave stations including the slave station 34 give up the request transmission with the said instruction RQT. The control station 2 transmits an instruction GRT2 and gives permission of the use of transmission line 1 to the slave station 32.
