Abstract

PURPOSE:To remove the peripheral flash of molded products of every form automatically, by shaping a fixed blade and a moving blade like a circular arc at their transverse cross sections and advancing and retreating a supporting table in response to the distance from the rotational center of a molded produt till its peripheral point to be cut. CONSTITUTION:A fixed lower blade 2a and the upper blade 2c which moves up- and-down by interlocking with an eccentric ring 2b constitute a cutting apparatus 2 on a machine bed 1, the blades 2a, 2c shape their transverse cross sections like a circular arc. The table 3 supporting a molded product (a) is rotated being driven by an electric motor 5 and a flexible shaft 6 and the peripheral face of the matrix 8 of the same form as the outer shape of the molded product is contacted to the front end face of the cutting apparatus 2 and a sliding bed 4 is advanced and retreated to the cutting apparatus 2 by rotation of the matrix 8 and pulling tension of a spring 7.
