PURPOSE:To lighten a cooling burden and to measure the concentration of a component with a high response velocity, by connecting both ends of the second sampling piping with the first sampling pipe flowing a large quantity of a high temperature fluid at a high speed and branching a small amont of the fluid, then, providing a cooling means to the second sampling piping. CONSTITUTION:On occasion of measuring the concentration of gaseous H2 in a nuclear reactor housing vessel 8 at the time of an accident lossing cooling material of the reactor, both ends of the first sampling pipe 1 sampling a large amount of a high temperature fluid at a high speed are connected with the vessel 8 and a blower 3 and a valve 11, are set up to the pipe 10. Both ends of the second sampling pipe 12 branching the fluid from the pipe 10 and sampling a small amount of the fluid, are connected with the upper flow side and lower flow side of the valve 11 and a cooling equipment 4 and a H2 concentration measuring equipment 6 is provided to the pipe 12. Quantity of gas flowing to the equipments 4 and 6, is regulated by regulating an opening degree of the valve 11. Thus, the equipment 4 is made small for flowing cooling gas to the equipment 6 and also, analysis response velocity of gaseous H2 concentration is improved because the gas flows rapidly from the vessel 8.
