Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a simple head which is structured to facilitate maintenance and replacement, by a method wherein a wire matrix type printing head is constituted through combination of components, such as a wire guide assembly unit, a housing plate, and a magnet constituting unit. CONSTITUTION:After guide plates 92, 93, a bearing 911, and an end guide 912 are secured to a wire assembly unit 9 integrally united with a housing plate 7, a wire guide 94 is inserted. A wire 80 of a magnet constituting unit 8, consisting of a yoke plate 81, a core plate 85, and a coil 84, is then inserted into the assembly unit 9, and a projection 835 engages an aperture in the plate 7 to place the constitution unit 8 on the plate 7. A leaf spring 6, a press rubber 4, a damper rubber 3, and a press plate 2 are laid thereon, and a plate 1 is covered so that the yoke plate 81 engages between projections on the back of the plate 1 to secure the plate 1 on the plate 7 by means of a screw 103. A stroke of an armature 82 is regulated by a screw 104.
