Abstract
PURPOSE:To establish miniaturization of a device by a method wherein a fixed core is mounted at one side of a central hole provided in a bobbin around which a coil is wound and a movable core is mounted at the other side thereof to interpose a return spring between them and a shaft inserted into fixed core is fixed to the movable core. CONSTITUTION:A fixed core 99 is mounted at one side of a central hole 98 provided in a bobbin 92 around which a coil is wound and a movable core 100 is mounted at the other side thereof. Further, a return spring 101 is interposed between the fixed core 99 and the movable core 100 in the hole 98 and a shaft 104 passing through the fixed core 99 is fixed to the movable core 100. According to such a constitution, the movable core 100, fixed core 99 and return spring 101 can be mounted within the bobbin 92 respectively and the external dimension of the bobbin 92 may be equivalent to the maximum space of an electromagnet device. Therefore, the miniaturization of the electromagnet device can be established and the output of the electromagnet device can be obtained by taking in and out of the shaft 104.
