Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain optional hysteresis width by connecting both the emitters of two transistors (TR), which are applied with an input voltage at bases, in common through a resistance, and then connecting two constant-current sourceses, which can be switched alternately in response to the input voltage, to both the emitters. CONSTITUTION:Input voltages V1 and V2 are applied to the bases of differential TRs Q1 and Q2. The emitters of those TRs Q1 and Q2 are connectd in common through a resistance R. Further, differential constant-absorbed-current sources 2 and 3 are connected to the emitters of the TRs Q1 and Q2 respectively. Furthermore, the constant-current sources 2 and 3 are provided with switches SW1 and SW2. Then, those switches SW1 and SW2 are changed over to vary transfer characteristics. Therefore, the constant-current sources 2 and 3 are changed over according to the values of output currentsIc1 andIc2 to set hysteresis width optionally. Even when the hysteresis width is extremely narrow, srable operation is obtained.
