Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain the titled oven continuously and stably giving rice hull char of good quality, by arranging the oven so that a fumigation chamber is isolated from a gas combustion chamber by a perforated wall and rice hull upwardly transferred from below is subjected to low-temp. fumigation in a fumigation chamber.
CONSTITUTION: A pair of fumigation chambers 11, 12 defined by inner perforated wall 3 and outer perforated wall 9 are oppositely placed in parallel, forming gas combustion chamber 13 between both inner perforated walls 3, 3, and the combustion chamber 13 is connected via hot air chamber 15 with exhaust passage 14.
