Abstract
PURPOSE:To easily obtain the titled sheet with good physical properties by a method wherein a curable ink containing a release agent is printed on a printing base material to form a picture pattern and, after curing, a synthetic resin is coated on the total surface of the printing base material and, after drying, the synthetic resin on the ink layer is removed. CONSTITUTION:A curable ink (e.g.; an ink containing an amino.alkyd resin or the like as a binder) containing a release agent is coated on a printing base material (e.g.; a polyvinyl chloride sheet or a pure-white roll paper) 3 adhered on the base material 1 such as a plywood or a hardboard by an adhesive 2 to form an optional pattern 4 and cured thereon. After curing, a synthetic resin is coated on the entire surface of the printing base material 3 to form a synthetic resin layer 5 and, after drying, the synthetic resin on the releasable type curable ink is removed by grinding or a brush such as a buff to obtain the objective decorative sheet.
