Abstract
PURPOSE: A polyurethane-forming composition excellent in moldability and capable of forming elastic cured products having excellent flex cracking resistance, prepared by mixing an active hydrogen group-containing liquid diene polymer, with an active hydrogen group-containing bifunctional polyether and carbon black.
CONSTITUTION: The purpose composition is obtained by mixing (A) an active hydrogen group-containing liquid diene polymer with (B) an active hydrogen group-containing bifunctional polyether, number average MW≥500, (including an ethylene oxide adduct) and (C) carbon black. As the polyethers which can be preferably used, there are mentioned polyoxyalkylene-diols, especially polyoxypropylene-diol and a polyoxypropylene/ethylene adduct. As the polyethers, there are used those having a number-average MW of preferably 700W4,000. The production of polyurethane elastic cured products is carried out by mixing the above polyurethane-forming composition with an organic polyisocyanate compound at an NCO/OH ratio of 0.8W1.6.
