A message No. encoded by an encoder 6 is recorded and stored by a recording head 10 through a recording circuit 8 according to the traveling of a tape successively in every time the recording of a message is required. The recorded message is reproduced by starting a tape driving device 4 and rewinding the tape. A decoder 5 monitors a signal picked up by a reproducing head 9 and regenerative amplified by a regenerative amplifier 7.
