Abstract
PURPOSE:To make potential and non-potential conditions responding to irradiation and non irradiation of light by providing a necking in a superconductive thin layer having transparancy and made of multi crystal super conductor of Ba Pb1-x11 BixO3. CONSTITUTION:A superconductive thin film 2 having transparancy and made of Ba Pb1-xBixO3 (0.05<x<0.3) multi crystal super conductor is formed on a sapphire substrare. A necking 3 is formed in the thin film 2 between two superconductive films 4 made of the thin film 2 to make a Josephson element U. When the necking is not irradiated by light, non-potential condition is obtained in the range below a critical current. When a current exceeding the critical current flows, a current is kept flowing in the non-potential condition. But if the necking is irradiated with light 17 of more than a needed amount, a potential condition is obtained. And if the light irradiation is stopped it returnes to a non-potential condition displaying a hysteresis loop.
