PURPOSE:To obtain a pulse regenerating circuit having a good temperature characteristic, by inputting an input signal to one terminal of a comparator through an emitter follower and inputting the input signal to the other terminal of the comparator through a two-stage emitter follower and a detector. CONSTITUTION:An input signal is applied to emitter followers 41 and 42, and the output of the emitter follower 41 is applied to an input A of a comparator 12. The output of the emitter follower 42 is held by a detecting capacitor 16, and the held output is divided by resistances 17 and 18 and is applied to a terminal B of the comparator 12 to become a comparison reference level. Since values of resistances 17 and 18 are equal to each other, influences of voltages between bases and emitters of transistors in inputs A and B of the comparator 12 are cancelled.
