Abstract
PURPOSE:To stabilize output signals of a converter by holding them for a fixed time detecting the generation of changes i the DC potential of an electrode. CONSTITUTION:Variations in a buffer amplifier 3 alone is attributed to a change in the DC potential of an electrode and similar variations in both amplifiers 3 and 3a correspond to changes in the flow rate signal. At this point, output signals of a detection circuit 4 are a pulse signal which rises at the time corresponding to the changes in the DC potential of the electrode and at the time corresponding to the changes in the flow rate signals. Output signals of a detection circuit 4a are a pulse signal which rises only once at the same time with the output signal of the detection circuit 4 corresponding to the changes in the flow rate signal. When given an output pulse of an exclusive OR circuit 5, a setting circuit 6 rises corresponding to the initial rise of the output signal of the circuit 4 and outputs a holding waveform for a fixed time. This enables a signal converted 2 from the output of an oscillator 1 having measuring electrodes 1a and 1b and a ground electrode 1c to be output from a circuit 7, once held for a fixed time.
