Abstract
PURPOSE:To omit a crystal oscillator, by forming two continuous wave signals having carrier frequency of a color signal inputted to a frequency synthesis means with a PLL. CONSTITUTION:A composite video signal is inputted to a horizontal synchronizing separator 26 via a terminal 33 and a horizontal synchronizing signal is separated and given to a phase shift comparator 24. A PLL is constituted with the comparator 24, variable frequency oscillator 41, and 1/160 frequency divider 43, and a continuous wave signal in (40+1/8)fH is inputted to a frequency converter 22 from a 1/4 frequency divider (where; fH is repetitive frequency for horizontal synchronizing signal). On the other hand a color signal is inputted to a burst gate 31 via a terminal 35, the color burst only in the color signal is picked up and inputted to phase comparators 29, 30. A PLL is constituted with the comparator 29 and a variable frequency oscillator 27, and a signal in sub- carrier frequency fc of the color signal is inputted to the converter 22 from an oscillator 27. Continuous wave signals in frequency fc+(40+1/8)fH are outputted accurately via a terminal 32.
