Abstract
PURPOSE: To prepare a frozen and readily eatable food in an easily handleable container, by making the structure of the container for the frozen food openable by hand and capable of taking out the food by pushing the bottom thereof, and adjusting the size of the frozen food to almost a mouthful or less.
CONSTITUTION: A raw material for a frozen food consisting of distilled water, a fruit juice, sugar, citric acid, carrageenan, etc. is introduced into a container consisting of a plastic sheet or the sheet laminated on an aluminum foil, etc., and the container is then sealed up and placed in a freezing room to prepare a frozen food contained in the container. The container is prepared by using a portion cup milk preparing machine. The structure of the container is designed to open by hand and then push out the frozen food readily by pushing lightly and depressing the bottom thereof by hand. The size of the frozen food is made almost a mouthful or less.
