Abstract
PURPOSE: To control a spraying direction freely without scattering a chemical by increasing the spray size of the chemical, by composing a nozzle for spraying the chemical of a nozzle body equipped with an orifice and a cut part in a specific shape.
CONSTITUTION: A nozzle for spraying chemical is composed of a cylindrical body 1 equipped with an orifice B at its rear end; and a conduit hole 3 communicating withthe orifice B is provided on its axial center and a cut part 2 is formed at its tip part. Further, an air suction hole 5 is provided near the orifice B, and a rotatable short cylinder 6 is fitted atop of the conduit hole 3. A liquid chemical when pressed in the nozzle is sprayed from the injection opening 4 of the orifice B into the conduid hole 3 and at the same time, air sucked from the air suction hole 5 is mixed into it to increase the spray size, so that it is spouted laterally from the cut part 2 as a film. Because of the large particle size of the spray, it never scatters and the rotation of the short cylinder 6 and the spouting direction pattern are controlled freely for spouting.
