Abstract

PURPOSE:To uniformly spray liquid regardless of distance, by forming a spray nozzle and a channel for mixing air in the neighborhood of a spray pore on the side of the liquid feed channel in the direction of the liquid flow in succession from the upstream thereof, and providing a through hole for introducing air in the part of the channel for mixing air close to the spray nozzle. CONSTITUTION:Pressurized liquid is passed through a liquid feed channel 4 to be sprayed from a spray pore 8 provided at a forward end of the channel 4. In the neighborhood of the spray pore 8, a spray nozzle 13 and a channel for mixing air 9 are provided, on the side of the liquid feed channel 4, in the direction of the liquid flow in series from the upstream thereof. Further, through holes 14 for introducing air are formed in the channel for mixing air 9 near the spray nozzle 13. Since the particle diameters of mist sprayed from the spray nozzle 1 can be approximately equal between the mist sprayed to a distant place from the nozzle and the mist sprayed near the nozzle, a uniform spraying can be achieved by one operation even when liquid is sprayed over a wide area.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In the liquid spray nozzle of the conventional structure described above, in order to spray far, the hole diameter of the spray nozzle is made small and the pressure of the supplied chemical solution is increased. The mist at the center of the jet is coarse, and the surrounding mist is finer, making it impossible to uniformly spray the chemical solution, which is a fatal drawback.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a liquid spray that sprays pressurized liquid through a liquid supply path from a spray hole provided at the tip of the liquid supply path. In the nozzle for use, an injection nozzle and an air mixture passage are formed in the liquid supply path side portion near the spray hole in order from the top in the liquid distribution direction,
An air introduction hole is formed in a portion of the air mixture passage near the injection nozzle.

The liquid injected from the injection nozzle spreads into the hot air passageway, and negative pressure is generated in the space on the injection nozzle side of the hot air passageway, so this negative pressure causes outside air to be sucked into the air mixture passageway. It is evenly mixed with the fluid in the air mixture passage.

When the fluid with air mixed uniformly is injected from the spray nozzle, the particle size of the chemical mist in the part that reaches a long distance due to the injection pressure and the part that is scraped by the outside air and floats around it are different. The particle size is almost the same as that of the other particles, and it is possible to disperse the particles almost evenly.

In this way, the air sucked into the air mixture passage 9 is finely crushed and mixed with the chemical solution, and then injected from the spray hole 8. When sprayed from 8, the particle size of the mist in the part that reaches far and the particle size of the mist in the part that is sprayed nearby are almost the same, and it is possible to spray the chemical solution almost evenly. .

(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, according to the present invention, the liquid sprayed from the spray nozzle has a mist particle size in a far away portion and a mist particle size in a nearby sprayed portion. Since they can be made to have approximately the same diameter, even when spraying liquid over a large area, uniform spraying can be performed in one operation.

In addition, since the particle size of the mist to be sprayed is the same, it is easy to set the desired optimum particle size of the mist, preventing the generation of too fine a mist that would fly around in the wind. There is also the advantage that it is possible to eliminate as much as possible the risk of falling on the worker or other plants, or of being inhaled by the worker.
